The Results Are In!
Of course we think the value of home exterior projects is HUGE, but it’s nice to get some validation and data to support this. REMODELING magazine’s 2014 Cost vs. Value report just came out, and it reveals some impressive numbers:
- Six of the Top Ten Best Value Home Upgrades are Exterior Products
- The #1 Best Value Mid-Range Home Improvement is a 20-gauge steel entry door, for which a homeowner will recoup 85.6% of the cost
- Among the Top 10 Best Value Upscale Improvements is installation of a grand entry fiberglass door
